Basic Return/Refund Policy
- Retail Items: These have a full 7-day guarantee. If it is defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Due to our current situation and for health safety, we cannot accept returns for refund.
- Free Promotional Items: Due to the nature of these free promotional items, there is no refund applicable because you are not paying for the item. You pay for shipping, but that cost is not refundable because it goes towards actually shipping the item.
How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
- Delivery can vary and take between 1- 7 working days. The items ship via J&T Express and LBC express with tracking numbers provided.
My items are Lacking
- When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. If still incomplete you may call or contact us anytime
