Our courier partners are JNT Express & LBC for all our deliveries nationwide. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER ONCE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT. We cannot cancel the order after it has been shipped out since we will be shouldering shipping and packaging fees.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

ZEN Concepts Ph products are carefully checked and packed upon completion of order. Local Shipping Time usually ranges from 2 – 5 business days. Rest assured it will be worth the wait.
